Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, PRVCY Couture, Inc., has completed the restructuring of its senior management team, implemented new production and sales policies, as well as upgraded its operational infrastructure. These changes will insure the continued production and sales of its PRVCY Premium denim products and tops.

The corporate headquarters of PRVCY Couture, Inc., its e-commerce order implementation and certain inventory warehousing are now being deployed to its 3131 S. Broadway facility in downtown Los Angeles, CA. The move was made to facilitate its strategic brand development advisory deal with Defiance USA, Inc., an established apparel brands design, licensing and management company.
