Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 20, 2024, the Board of Directors appointed Brett Rosin as a director of Mobile Global Esports, Inc. (the “Company”).

 

On November 20, 2024, each of Jim Knopf and Alexander Alexandrov resigned as a director of the Company for personal reasons.
