Alpha Bank announces that according to the Board of Directors decisions of May 6
and 21, 2003, the basic organisational structure of the Alpha Bank Group is
maintained and its activities are divided into retail and wholesale banking
along with the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer.

In particular:

General Manager Mr. Demetrios P. Mantzounis administrates, manages and
represents the Bank. He supervises, coordinates, directs the Bank and the Group.
At a Group level, he directly supervises affaires related to Human Resources,
Operations, Information Technology and Property Management.

Executive General Manager Mr. Spyros N. Filaretos heads the retail banking
business unit and supervises the Branch Network, Alternative Channels,
Non-performing loans, Bank and Credit Cards, Financial Institutions, Group Banks
and the Branch Network Abroad, Marketing, Private Banking, as well as the
Companies dealing with leasing, factoring and insurances.

Executive General Manager Mr. Artemis Ch. Theodoridis heads the wholesale
banking business unit and supervises the Treasury, brokerage services, Corporate
Banking, Investment Banking, Project Finance and Venture Capital.

The Chief Financial Officer, Executive General Manager, Mr. Marinos S.
Yannopoulos supervises Assets and Liabilities Management (ALCO), Risk
Management, Shipping, Financial Services, Planning, Budgeting and MIS, Investor
Relations, Mutual Funds, Asset Management and non-core subsidiaries.

The Secretariat, Audit and Inspection and Legal Services Divisions report to the
Chairman and Managing Director and/or the General Manager.

Finally, the members of the Executive Committee are the Chairman and Managing
Director, the General Manager, the Executive General Managers Mr. Marinos S.
Yannopoulos, Spyros N. Filaretos and Artemis Ch. Theodoridis as well as the
Chief Economist Mr. George A. Provopoulos.
