"Corporation") today announced that the nominees listed in
the Corporation's management proxy circular dated March 7, 2023 have been elected as directors of
Wajax. The detailed results of the vote for the election of
directors held at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the
Corporation held on May 2, 2023 in
Toronto, Ontario are set out
below.
On a vote conducted by ballot, each of the following eleven (11)
nominees proposed by management was elected as a director of

G. Smith and Elizabeth A.
Summers have each been appointed to the Audit and Human
Resources and Compensation Committees of the board, and that A.
Jane Craighead has been appointed
chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee of the
board.
