New England Realty Associates (NEN) Declares Distribution ALLSTON, Mass., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On December 31, 2004, New England Realty Associates Limited Partnership will make a distribution to its Class A Limited Partners and holders of Depositary Receipts. Class A Limited Partners and holders of Depositary Receipts of record as of December 17, 2004, will be entitled to a quarterly distribution in the amount of $7.00 per Class A Partnership Unit, or $.70 per Depositary Receipt.
