appointment of Dr. Roy Chi Ping CHUNG JP as the Vice Chairman of
TTI with effect from 18th April, 2007. Dr. Chung will continue in

play an increasingly important part in the Group's strategic
direction. Dr. CHUNG, aged 54, a co-founder of TTI, has been the
Managing Director since 1985. He is responsible for the corporate
and business management of the Group. He holds a Master of Science
Degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of
Warwick, United Kingdom. He was further awarded an Honorary Doctor
by the University of Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia in 2006.

appliances and electronics industries, Dr. CHUNG continues to hold
