The keynote, entitled “The Zayo Story,” will cover the progress, pivots and personalities of the communications infrastructure industry. Caruso’s retrospective will include a look back at the creation of the Baby Bells, the U.S. regional telephone companies that were formed from the breakup of AT&T in 1984, and the consolidation and competition that followed.
