as a result of the merger of two of its clients, 3PC Investment Trust and the
AIM Trust, to form Active Capital Trust plc on 29 July 2003, Active Capital
Trust plc is interested in 3,985,979 Ordinary Shares in the Company,
representing 11.23 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue. The registered
holder is Chase Nominees Limited.
