Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On October 19, 2023, Enova International, Inc. (the “Company”) and certain of its subsidiaries amended their existing secured asset-backed revolving credit facility by entering into that certain First Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (the “First Amendment”) with Bank of Montreal, as administrative agent and collateral agent, and the lenders party thereto.

Among other changes, the First Amendment increases the total commitment amount from $440,000,000 to $515,000,000.

The foregoing description of the First Amendment does not purport to be complete and is subject to and qualified in its entirety by reference to the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, as amended by the First Amendment, that will be filed as an exhibit to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ending December 31, 2023.
