Apollo Global Management Announces Date for 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Apollo Global Management, Inc. (NYSE: APO) (together with its
consolidated subsidiaries, "Apollo") announced today that its 2022
Annual Meeting of Stockholders (“Annual Meeting”) will be held
virtually on October 7, 2022, at 9:30 a.m., Eastern Time. The
record date for the meeting is August 12, 2022. Information on the
virtual meeting will be included in the 2022 proxy statement.
