Virginia Commerce Bank proudly announces the appointment of two senior Commercial Lending officers in its Loudoun and Western Fairfax Regions.

Eileen Kennedy joins VCB as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending, in the Bank’s Loudoun region, based in Leesburg. The majority of Ms. Kennedy’s 25 years in commercial banking have been in the DC Metro area, most recently with Middleburg Bank as Senior Vice President and Community Executive., Ms. Kennedy has been active in a variety of civic and community organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors for both the Loudoun County and Dulles Regional Chambers of Commerce. Ms. Kennedy also has served as an advisor for the Piedmont Community Foundation’s Rust Student Philanthropy Program and is active with the Loudoun Chamber's Non-Profit Initiative, with the Committee for Dulles, including its Airport Activities Committee, and with the Dulles Rotary Club.

The Bank also has hired Pamela McCarthy as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending, in its Western Fairfax region, based in Vienna. Ms. McCarthy has been a banker in the DC Metro area for 20 years, with the majority of her career at Wachovia Bank as a Senior Relationship Manager. Ms. McCarthy, a native of Washington, DC, has been involved with several community organizations, including doingsomething, Martha's Table, Salvation Army, Boy Scouts and Annandale Boys & Girls Club.
