The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security has launched a new online service that allows drivers to download or print a copy of their official driving record. Citizens can easily access three years of their driving history via a browser, tablet, or handheld device at TN.gov, eliminating the need to visit a Driver Service Center.

“Giving Tennesseans instant access to their driving history supports our customer-focused priority goal of reducing wait time at the Driver Service Centers,” said Commissioner Bill Gibbons. “By reducing the need to go the to a service center, it means shorter wait times for those customers who need the assistance of a staff member.”

The new Personal Driving History service joins the suite of driver services, which includes license/ID renewals and duplicates, paying reinstatement fees and address changes, all of which have been available online for about a decade.
