EagleBank Announces Change in Chief Lending Officer Position

EagleBank today announced that Martha Foulon-Tonat has transitioned
from the position of Chief Lending Officer. Ms. Foulon-Tonat will
continue to serve as an Executive Vice President of the Bank and
will assume new duties within the Bank.
"We truly appreciate Martha's contributions to EagleBank since
our inception 12 years ago. The bank has been able to achieve
remarkable success over this period," stated Ronald D. Paul,
Chairman and CEO.
Robert R. Hoffmann, Executive Vice President, has been named
Interim Chief Lending Officer. Mr. Hoffmann, who currently is the
Chief Administrative Lending Officer, has been with EagleBank since
2003, and previously managed the Bank's Commercial and Industrial
Lending Units.
"We are pleased that Bob Hoffmann is able to fill this role as
we work through this transition period," Mr. Paul added. "His
experience and leadership will be important as we continue our
track record of strong growth, while maintaining the credit quality
of our loan portfolio and our focus on strong customer
relationships."
