The Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Dell Inc.
(NASDAQ: DELL) today filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) supplemental materials to address questions raised
by Dell stockholders and Institutional Shareholder Services, a
leading proxy advisory firm, in connection with the Special Meeting
of Shareholders to be held on July 18, 2013. The presentation and
