facility set to join Commerce District in Spring 2025
Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHCI) (“Comstock”), a

announced today the signing of a new 4,700-square-foot retail lease
with Healthy Baller, a performance and strength training company,
at 11400 Commerce Park Drive in Reston Station’s Commerce
District.
Healthy Baller specializes in personalized athletic development,
injury recovery, and strength and conditioning programs. By
providing a holistic approach to athletic development, Healthy
Baller aims to meet the diverse needs of athletes and individuals
seeking to enhance their physical performance.
