Delay to Preliminary Results Announcement 
& 
Signing of Strategic Alliance with PROBIZ 
 
 
 
 
Vantis, a leading UK accounting, tax, business recovery and advisory group, 
today announces that, further to its announcement on 3rd August 2009, it will no 
longer report its Preliminary results for the financial year ended 30 April 2009 
on Thursday 20th August 2009. The delay is due to on-going discussions with the 
Group's auditors, regarding the treatment of non-cash accounting items. 
 
 
Further details on when the Group will be announcing its Preliminary results for 
FY2009 will be made in due course. 
 
 
In addition Vantis also announces today the recent launch of a new formal 
strategic alliance ("Alliance") with marketing services group PROBIZ Excellence 
("PROBIZ") to combine core business competencies and build mutual market share. 
 
PROBIZ is a leading marketing group for UK-based accountants. The company serves 
over 1,500 accountants with a significant footprint of over 400 accountancy 
offices throughout the UK. The Alliance provides exclusivity for PROBIZ to 
introduce its clients to the breadth of tax and business services provided by 
Vantis.
