                           Cancellation of Admission

The Company announces that it has made application for the cancellation of
admission of the Company's shares with effect from the opening of business on 18
May.

This application for cancellation has been made following the offer by Billing
Services Group Limited ("BSG") for the entire issued and to be issued share
capital of the Company (the "Offer") having been declared wholly unconditional
on 3 March 2006 and the subsequent announcement on 4 April by BSG of the
commencement of the compulsory acquisition procedure under sections 428 to 430F
of the Companies Act 1985 for those shares in the Company in relation to which
the Offer had not been accepted.
