Trading Update


Sportswinbet Limited is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary,
Sportswinbet (C.I.) Limited ("SWB"), has entered into an agreement with Kolarmy
Technology Inc ("Kolarmy"), a Philippines based company operating under a
gambling and on line betting license issued by the Cagayan Economic Zone
Authority, under which Kolarmy will operate a "Sportswinbet" branded, web based,
sportsbook principally focused on the Asian handicap soccer betting format.



Kolarmy will operate the book as a principal and be responsible for the
provision of all software and hardware computer systems and for the risk
management services.  Sportswinbet will be entitled to receive a share of any
net win generated.



Initially Kolarmy will operate a trial of this arrangement at a limited level of
activity which, if successful, will be extended to full scale operations. The
trial period is expected to commence in April 2007 and last for up to 90 days.



A further announcement will be made in due course.
