                              Directors' Dealings

Sumus received notification on Wednesday 21st November 2007, that Allan
Rosengren, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of
0.5p on Wednesday 21st November at a price of 45p per share. Following the above
transaction, Allan Rosengren now holds 9,630,000 ordinary shares representing
approximately 33.5 per cent of the current issued share capital.

The above shareholding is inclusive of interests held indirectly via his SIPP
but excludes shares held through the Falcon Retirement Benefits Scheme.

The issued share capital of Sumus Plc comprises 28,721,273 ordinary shares of
0.5p each
