NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST IN SHARES
 
The   Company  has  today  been  informed  by  letter/fax  from
Britannia  Group  PLC ("Britannia") that Promenade  Investments
Limited  ("Promenade")  , a wholly owned subsidiary,  yesterday
acquired  500,000  ordinary  shares  in  the  Company,   making
Britannia's total holding (inclusive of the 500,000 shares held
by  Promenade) 48,122,913 shares, being 27.18 per cent  of  the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
