                     Resignation of Non-executive Director

The directors of the Company wish to announce that Dr.Geoff Turner, who retired
as the group CFO at the last board meeting held on 14 January 2015, but
continued as a Non-executive director has resigned today.

Dr.Geoff Turner has also resigned as a director from each of the Company's
subsidiaries.

The directors of Medisico accept responsibility for this announcement.
