    This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4

    On 11 December 2008, the Company granted an award (in the form of nil cost options) under Part B of the Hyder Consulting PLC 2006 Long
Term Incentive Plan ("the Plan") to each of the following executive directors, to acquire ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
("Shares") up to the maximum number detailed below:

    The options the subject of the new awards are capable of exercise three years after grant subject to the fulfilment of certain
performance conditions based on earnings per share and total shareholder return across the performance period 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2011.
No consideration is payable on the grant or exercise of the new options.
