Suspension of conversion facility 
 
 
The Company's Articles of Association and Prospectus incorporate provisions 
enabling holders of each class of shares to convert all or part of their holding 
into shares of any other class as at the last business day of March and 
September each year, subject to certain limitations (the "Conversion Facility"). 
 
In accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and the Prospectus 
dated 27 August 2008, and further to the announcement on 25 January 2010 that 
the Board is considering options for the future of the Company ahead of the 2010 
AGM date, the Board has decided to suspend the Conversion Facility until further 
notice. The March 2010 Conversion Facility will therefore not be offered to 
shareholders. 
 
A further announcement in relation to the future of the Company will be made 
before the end of March 2010.
