share.  The Trust now holds 1,924,546 ordinary shares in Dixons Group plc.  Each
of the Executive Directors of Dixons Group plc (Sir Stanley Kalms, Mark Souhami,
John Clare, David Gilbert, David Hamid and Ian Livingston) is technically
interested in these shares.

John Clare and Ian Livingston are directors of Freeserve plc.
