The Company received notification on 5 January 2007 that, following a purchase of ordinary shares of
10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), Gartmore Investment Management Limited has an interest in
3,760,568 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.49 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital of
25,949,996 Ordinary Shares.
