    Board Appointment

    The Board of Ennstone announces that Mr. Julian Cooper has joined the Board with immediate effect as Executive Chairman

    Mr. Cooper is a Chartered Accountant and brings considerable experience having held a number of executive management positions.  Mr.
Cooper is a senior partner of consultants, MPC Partners LLP, and a former partner at Arthur Andersen. 

    Mr. Cooper succeeds Mr. Graham Brown who will remain on the Board as a non-executive Director to ensure a smooth transition. The Board
would like to thank Mr. Brown for his service to the Group as Interim Executive Chairman.

    The Company confirms that there is no information to disclose under paragraphs 9.6.13(1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing
Authority in relation to Mr. Cooper's appointment.
