                                    Placing 
 
Doriemus Plc (AIM: DOR) announces that it has raised GBP1,200,000, before 
expenses, by way of a placing ("the Placing") of 2,000,000,000 new ordinary 
shares of 0.001 pence each ("Placing Shares") at 0.06 pence per share. 
 
The Placing Shares have been unconditionally placed subject only to admission 
to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Application has been made for Admission and it 
is expected that the Placing Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 18 
March 2015. The Placing Shares will represent approximately 25.8 per cent. of 
the Company's enlarged issued share capital will rank pari passu with the 
existing ordinary shares in the Company. 
 
This funding will be used to strengthen the Company's balance sheet and used 
towards further farm-ins and other potential investments within the UK 
conventional oil and gas sector, and in accordance with the Company's stated 
investment strategy." 
 
Donald Strang, the Company's Chairman, commented: 
 
"This new funding will be put towards general working capital, expected 2015 
contributions for on-going work on the Horse Hill discovery and for assessing 
further acquisitions in the UK and European oil and gas sector. 
 
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 
7,739,999,998 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any shares in 
treasury. This figure of 7,739,999,998 ordinary shares may be used by 
shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which 
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a 
change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
