   The Board of Chrysalis VCT plc announces successful exits from two 
portfolio companies. 
 
   A transaction has completed for the sale of 100% of the holding in 
Wessex Advanced Switching Products Limited for a cash sum materially in 
excess of the carrying value. Contracts have also been exchanged for the 
sale of the holding in Autocue Group Limited, also at a premium to 
carrying value. 
 
   Following these transactions, the Board estimates that the Company's 
unaudited net asset value per share has increased to 96.5p per share as 
at today's date, compared to the NAV at the 31 October 2013  year end of 
83.5p per share.
