Crown Place VCT PLC 
 
The  final allotment for this  tax year of New  Ordinary Shares of nominal value 
10 pence  per share in Crown  Place VCT PLC under  the Albion VCTs Linked Top Up 
Offer  (which was launched on 1 November  2010) took place on 5 April 2011 at an 
issue price of 35.4 pence per New Ordinary Share. 
 
Applications  for  1,204,732 New  Ordinary  Shares  in  Crown Place VCT PLC were 
received. 
 
The  net proceeds  of the  Offer for  this allotment  are approximately  GBP400,000 
bringing the total to date for Crown Place VCT PLC to approximately  GBP1,653,000. 
 
Application  has been made to the Financial Services Authority for 1,204,732 New 
Ordinary  Shares to  be admitted  to the  Official List  and to the London Stock 
Exchange  for the New  Ordinary Shares to  be admitted to  trading on the London 
Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. 
 
It  is expected that Admission  will become effective, and  that dealings in the 
shares will commence on or before, 8.00 a.m. on 12 April 2011. 
 
As  at this  third closing  of the  Albion VCTs  Linked Top  Up Offer on 5 April 
2011, the   total   raised  under  the  Offer  was   GBP11.54m  (including  amounts 
reinvested). 
 
Following  this allotment, and, in  conformity with the Transparency Directive's 
transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following: 
 
Crown  Place VCT PLC's capital today consists of 83,763,181 Ordinary shares with 
a  nominal value  of 10p each.   Crown Place  VCT PLC  holds 7,260,410 shares in 
Treasury. 
 
Therefore,  the  total  number  of  voting  rights  in  Crown  Place  VCT PLC is 
76,502,771 which  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the  denominator  for the 
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their 
interest in, or change to their interest in, Crown Place VCT PLC under the FSA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
