representing 4.98% of the Company's issued share capital.

The beneficial owner of the shares is Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International
Limited. Credit Agricole Cheuvreux S.A. owns 100% of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Limited. Calyon owns 100% of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux S.A. and
Credit Agricole S.A. is the parent company of Calyon.
