Advisors LLC, acting as a non-beneficial investment manager, that following a
purchase of 206,281 Common Shares (voting rights) that took place on 25 February
2008, they hold 6,539,660 Common Shares (voting rights) which represents 3.06%
of the Company's issued Common Share capital.
