                              DIRECTORSHIP CHANGES

Airbath Group plc (the "Company"), the specialist manufacturer and designer of
baths and bathwares, announces that Phillip Bennett is stepping down as Chairman
and as a director of the Company. Phillip is succeeded by Brian Heather. Both
changes are with immediate effect.

The Board would like to thank Phillip for the contribution that he has made to
the Company during his period of office.

Brian Heather is also the finance director of Gartland Whalley and Barker plc,
the Company's largest single shareholder. An announcement regarding disclosures
pursuant to Schedule Two (f) of the AIM Rules concerning Mr Heather will be made
in due course.
