Westpac Securities NZ Limited and Westpac New Zealand Limited have updated the US$ 10,000,000,000 programme for the issuance of debt instruments, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Westpac New Zealand Limited (in the case of instruments issued by Westpac Securities NZ Limited) (the " Programme ").

The base prospectus in relation to the Programme is dated 1 December 2023 (the " Prospectus ") and has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
