Change to the Board of Directors of Elenia Verkko Oyj

Elenia Verkko Oyj EUR3,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for the Issuance of Bonds, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Elenia Oy, Lakeside Network Investments S.à r.l. and Elenia Investments S.à r.l.

The composition of the board of directors of Elenia Verkko Oyj (the "Issuer") has changed. Alli Seppänen has ceased to be a member of the board of directors of the Issuer, effective as of 16 June 2021. Anne-Marie Malmberg has been appointed as a new member of the board of directors of the Issuer on 16 June 2021.

Following the afore mentioned appointment the Issuer's board of directors consists of the following members:
