GBP354,876,000 5.562 per cent. First Mortgage Debenture Stock 2027 that, in 
connection with the demerger announced by its parent company Capital Shopping 
Centres Group PLC (formerly Liberty International PLC) on 9 March 2010, the 
Company has changed its name to Capital Shopping Centres Debenture PLC with 
effect from 21 May 2010
