in each case under the GBP3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme), presently outstanding

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to holders of the above Notes that, on 15 March 2018, the Issuers and the Note Trustee entered into a deed supplemental to the Trust Deed dated 27 April 2011, as amended and restated on 10 September 2013 and 9 September 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the Trust Deed) to amend the formula for the calculation of "Index Figure applicable" in Condition 8 which has been the subject of a formatting error (the "Amendment Deed").

Terms and expressions defined in the Trust Deed shall have the same meanings when used herein except where the context requires otherwise or unless otherwise stated.

Pursuant to the Amendment Deed and in accordance with the Trust Deed, the formula for the calculation of "Index Figure applicable" in Condition 8 of the Trust Deed was amended to reflect the following correct formula:

The Amendment Deed is available for inspection at the registered office of each Issuer in physical form during usual business hours on any week day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Furthermore, the following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus dated 15 March 2018 (the Supplement) relating to the Programme.

The Supplement should be read and construed in conjunction with the prospectus dated 15 September 2017 (the Prospectus).
