The Company was informed on 9th October 2003 that, as a result of a purchase of
1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") on 8th October 2003, ISIS Asset Management Plc has an interest in
21,200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.02 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company. This interest includes the material interests of Active
Capital Trust, a client of ISIS, and the Ordinary Shares are registered in the
name of Chase Nominees Limited.
