The Company was notified on 21 May 2003 by Fidelity International Limited
("Fidelity") that, following a sale of 250,000 ordinary 5p shares of the Company
("Ordinary Shares"), Fidelity is interested in 442,958 Ordinary Shares
representing 3.03 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. In
addition, this notifiable interest also comprises Edward C Johnson, a principal
shareholder of Fidelity.
