(ACS) is expanding its global outsourcing capabilities with the grand opening of a new office and information technology center in Apodaca, Mexico, a suburb of Monterrey. The company has hired approximately 280 employees to staff the new location. At full capacity, the facility will employ 480 information technology professionals.
