Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 11, 2023, Andy Judd notified Laird Superfood, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as Chief Commercial Officer of the Company, effective August 4, 2023. Mr. Judd’s responsibilities will be reallocated among current members of management while the Company aligns its commercial structure to its long-term strategy.
