On November 21, 2008, Churchill Ventures Ltd. issued a press release announcing that in light of market conditions, it was suspending its business combination activity and would commence the process of liquidating and distributing its trust fund proceeds to its public stockholders. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
