              TYCO INTERNATIONAL DECLARES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND


Pembroke, Bermuda, June 16, 2003 - The Board of Directors of Tyco International
Ltd. (NYSE-TYC, LSE-TYI, BSX-TYC) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend
of one and one quarter cents per common share. The dividend is payable on August
1, 2003 to shareholders of record on July 1, 2003.
