Under its agreement with StratoComm, Kron will function as a market development collaborator with StratoComm for the promotion of its technologies, work with StratoComm to structure and incorporate its African based business entity, assist in the coordination and training of personnel, maintain oversight responsibility for StratoComm's business interest in Ghana, Angola, South Africa and additional sub-Saharan countries. Kron will also source funds to support StratoComm's system sales and deployment of a demonstrator Transitional Telecommunications System in Ghana. Under the defining agreement StratoComm will establish an African operating base in Accra, Ghana to support its market development collaboration with Kron. StratoComm and Kron will work jointly to identify and train qualified technical and sales personnel from the local population.
