On August 16, 2021, COMSovereign Holding Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing certain financial results for the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2021. The press release and the earnings transcript from the Company’s earnings call are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this report, respectively.
