BWI Holdings Inc. Confirms New Record and Ex-Dividend Dates for Share Distribution

BWI Holdings Inc. (OTCBB: BWIH) and Codido, Inc. (PINKSHEETS:
CDID), formerly Budget Waste Inc., announces the following:
NASDAQ has received the necessary documentation to process the
name change of Budget Waste Inc. to Codido Inc. This corporate
action will take effect at the open of business Dec. 12, 2008. The
new symbol on this date will be CDID.
As previously announced, the original record date established
for the distribution of Grey Creek/BWI Holdings shares was Nov. 14,
2008; this date has now been changed to Dec. 17th, 2008. Every
shareholder of record as of December 17, 2008, will be entitled to
receive one (1) share of Gray Creek/BWI Holdings for each twenty
(20) shares of BDGW/CDID. All newly issued Gray Creek/BWI Holdings
shares are RESTRICTED and may be re-sold by the holders only
pursuant to Rule 144.
The Ex-dividend date for distribution by BDGW/CDID of the Gray
Creek/BWI Holdings shares has now been confirmed with NASDAQ as
Dec. 12th, 2008.
As previously announced, BDGW/CDID is currently in the process
of identifying a new merger candidate or new company to acquire by
reverse acquisition in order to continue business as an operating
entity. At this time, BDGW/CDID has no assets other than the Gray
Creek/BWI Holdings shares that it will be distributing shortly to
its shareholders. Anyone may purchase or dispose of BDGW/CDID
shares at his own discretion and risk.
When BDGW/CDID's board of directors has determined the best
successor business, a public announcement will be made.
CDID (PINKSHEETS) and BWI Holdings Inc. (OTCBB) are separate,
unrelated, stand alone companies.
