Sanu Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SNU) ("Sanu" or "the Company") reports that it
has granted an aggregate of 115,000 incentive stock options to an officer of the
Company and other eligible persons. The options are exercisable at a price of
Cdn $0.78 per share over a period of five years and are subject to vesting
provisions.
