GC-Global Capital Corp. Announces the Renewal of Its Normal Course Issuer Bid

GC-Global Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: GDE.A) ("Global Capital")
announces that it has been authorized by the TSX Venture Exchange
("TSXV") to make a normal course issuer bid. Global Capital intends
to purchase from time to time, if and to the extent Global Capital
considers advisable, up to a maximum 899,831 subordinate voting
shares out of the total 17,996,613 issued and outstanding on March
29, 2011. The number of shares proposed to be acquired represents
approximately 5% of the total number of the issued and outstanding
subordinate voting shares. The bid will commence on April 3, 2011
and end on April 2, 2012.
The shares will be purchased in the open market through the
facilities of the TSXV. The purchased shares are to be cancelled.
All purchases are to be settled in accordance with normal
settlement procedures of the TSXV. Purchases pursuant to the bid
will be made by Jones, Gable & Company Limited on behalf of
Global Capital. Global Capital has a policy of maintaining a normal
course issuer bid on its subordinate voting shares. Through a
normal course issuer bid during the period April 3, 2010 to March
25, 2011 Global Capital purchased 884,600 subordinate voting shares
at an average cost of $0.50.
