NEW YORK, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the units of Renaissance Acquisition Corp.
under the ticker symbol RAK.U. The Company is expecting to issue
15.6M Units @ $6.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $93.6M. One unit
consists of one share of common stock and two warrants. Initially,
the units will be the only security trading. Ladenburg Thalmann
& Co. Inc. is lead underwriter and Early Bird Capital, Inc. is
