Wilkinson has joined the company as vice president of Global Logistics. Mr. Wilkinson will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Dana's global logistics strategy. George comes to Dana from General Motors Corporation where he most recently served as executive director of Global Logistics with responsibility for GM's global logistics supply chain. In this role, George led the efforts of four regional directors to ensure the implementation of a globally cohesive supply chain strategy. George joined General Motors in 1984, serving in a variety of positions with increasing responsibility in the materials, inventory, purchasing, quality assurance, logistics, and delivery disciplines. Among these positions was a three-year assignment in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he served as logistics manager for General Motors Argentina. George earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Southern University in Baton Rouge, La., and an MBA from Central Michigan University.
