Boise, Inc. (“Boise”) or the “Company”) (NYSE:BZ) for possible

connection with their attempt to complete a sale of the Company to
Packaging Corporation of America ("PKG") in a transaction valued at

transaction, Boise shareholders are to receive $12.55 for each
share of the Company.

information.
